We work in close partnership with Newlands, so much so that we are their sole out house / in house marketing provider offering support for the entire team as and when they need it. This includes working with their consultants on planning items and events, corporate marketing collateral including the creation of the website, on site material, event management, presentation documents plus much more – all in all, The Whole Shebang!

Emma and Shebang provide an outsourced marketing service for Newlands. This service is a vital part of our business and delivers us high quality marketing materials, board packs, information memorandums as well as signs and boards for our development sites. Shebang also operate and design the website and get involved in providing event management for clients and in house team events.
The interaction with Shebang is like using an “inhouse service” so is the level of understanding of our business. To this extend they react to the late requests, high volume or information and competing requests from different parts of the business. All employees at Newlands know who Emma, Ben and Brad are which reinforces not only their ability to interact with multiple members of the Newlands team, but also their ability to penetrate the business and identify opportunities and be of assistance. I am sure we don’t appreciate the pace of the legs paddling under the water as we see the serene swans delivering just what we want without stress! This fundamentally comes from Emma and her team having a “can do attitude” and no job is too much effort.
